Executive Chairman
Kaiser Ritter Partner Holding Anstalt

Fritz Kaiser is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Kaiser Ritter Partner, the majority owner of which is the Fritz Kaiser Foundation. He is also the Founder of the Private Wealth Council, a co-founder and trustee of the Mentor Foundation (Chairman 2001–2004) and a member of the World Economic Forum.

He is a previous owner and former Chairman of the credit-card company Diners Club Switzerland and Liechtenstein, a previous member of the Citibank Diners Club International Strategic Council (1994–1996) and the former co-owner of the Red Bull Sauber Formula One Team (Chairman 1997–1999).

His interests are his family, understanding mega-trends and collecting contemporary art. He speaks fluently German (mother tongue) and English and has basic conversational skills in French and Italian.

Otmar Hasler

Before becoming a Member of the Board at Kaiser Ritter Partner in May 2009, Otmar Hasler has been a leading politician in Liechtenstein for several years. He held numerous political offices, being a Member of Parliament between 1989 and 2001 and heading Parliament as President in 1995 and as Vice President in 1994 and between 1996 and 2001. Later on, he was elected Prime Minister, that he held between 2001 and 2009.

Especially in his role as a Prime Minister, he concentrated on the fields of finances, as well as construction and public works besides of handling general government affairs.

At Kaiser Ritter Partner, Otmar Hasler spearheads the group’s education program AKADEMIE.

Christian de Juniac

Christian de Juniac spent 28 years at The Boston Consulting Group, of which over 20 years as partner. He founded BCG's Global Asset Management and Private Banking Practice and headed it for over ten years until 2008. During his time with BCG, Christian has lived and worked in the following offices: Boston, London, Amsterdam and Zurich. He has headed BCG's Financial Services practice in the UK, The Netherlands, Switzerland and Greater China. In addition, Christian has worked extensively in Asia, in particular in China and in India. Over the years, his clients have included most of the major names in Asset Management and Private Banking.

Christian retired from BCG at the end of 2008. He spent 2009 as Chairman and then CEO of HDF-Finance a Paris based Fund of Hedge Funds with AuM of €2bn.

Christian received an MA from Cambridge University (UK), a License en Droit from the Université de Paris and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School. Before joining BCG, Christian qualified as a UK Barrister and specialised in tax law. Christian is French and is fluent in English. Christian is married and has four children.

Philip Marcovici

Philip Marcovici (born 1956) is retired from the practice of law and was formerly  a partner with the law firm Baker & McKenzie. He has practiced in the area of international taxation throughout his legal career and was based in the Hong Kong office of Baker & McKenzie for twelve years and in the Zurich office of the firm for fifteen years. Philip Marcovici has also practiced in New York and British Columbia, Canada.

Philip Marcovici is presently the Chairman and CEO of LawInContext Pte. Ltd., the provider of on-line interactive training and knowledge from Baker & McKenzie, and he continues to provide strategic input to private banks, insurance companies, governments, families and family offices globally.

Philip Marcovici was elected member of the Boards of Directors of the Kaiser Ritter Partner holding company and the group's Trust Division at the beginning of 2010 and was previously on the advisory board of the holding company.

Peter Wagner

Peter Wagner is an independent entrepreneur. He is a member of numerous executive boards of both globally and regionally active companies in Europe and Asia. Peter advises companies in the areas of strategy, finance and mergers & acquisitions.

From 2002-2005, he served as Chairman of the Board of the Zurich-based private banking group Vontobel. Previously, he was CFO from 1990-1995 and CEO from 1996-2001 of logistics firm Danzas. Following the acqusition of Danzas by Deutsche Post, Peter was simultaneously a Member of the Management Board and responsible for global logistics activities. As a Member of the Management Board of Kuehne & Nagel, Peter spent four years in the United States from 1983-1986 and three more years up to the end of 1989 in Germany.

On 1 January 2007, Peter Wagner was admitted as a partner of the Kaiser Ritter Partner Group. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Kaiser Ritter Partner Holding and since May 2008 he has also served as Chairman of the Board of Kaiser Ritter Partner Privatbank AG, Vaduz.
