Training and apprenticeships at Kaiser Ritter Partner
Every year, Kaiser Ritter Partner offers apprenticeships, normally lasting three years, to a number of young people who have recently completed their Sekundarschule (Switzerland) or Realschule (Liechtenstein) education. This on-the-job training offers real prospects for the future: as well as receiving a solid education in finance, apprentices can earn the "Berufsmatura" vocational diploma.
Kaiser Ritter Partner's apprentices gain a comprehensive insight into the company, work in an attractive environment and benefit from expert mentoring. The aim is to ensure that every apprentice completes the program successfully and earns the relevant certificates and diplomas.

Trust Advisor for US clients
Kaiser Ritter Partner helps to protect and grow the assets managed for clients worldwide by acting responsibly, focusing on the long term, and providing integrated, holistic advice and support. Trust Advisor for US clients
Your responsibilities include
- Providing in-depth advice and support to international clients on matters involving trusts, Liechtenstein entities, US tax, and inheritance law
- Providing in-depth advice and support to intermediaries (law firms, asset managers, etc.)
- Participation in the establishment, cultivation, and development of an acquisition network in the US market and respective segments
- Development of acquisition activities, in coordination with the responsible member of Kaiser Ritter Partner’s managing board
- Assumption of functions in the governing bodies of entities as needed and in consultation with the managing board
- Implementation of the “Wealth Consulting” Group strategy in cooperation with the managing board and other subsidiaries of Kaiser Ritter Partner Group
- Participation in projects
- Center of competence in US related wealth planning and structuring questions
Your profile
You have a law degree and are preferably admitted to practice law in Switzerland in addition to having in-depth knowledge of US trust and tax law. You also have specialized knowledge in trust services, the marketing thereof, and have developed excellent negotiation skills. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in providing wealth planning services to US clients. Ideally you also have acquired knowledge of Liechtenstein, international corporate and tax law as well as wealth creation, structuring and management.
You are flexible and able to work under pressure, with strong client focus. You cultivate an entrepreneurial, network-focused mindset and have strong social competencies. Prerequisites are impeccable written and oral communication skills in English (native language preferred). Knowledge of the German language is a plus.

- Erarbeiten von Business Spezifikationen
- Aufsetzen von Feasibility Prüfungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung der externen Provider
- Schnittstellenverantwortlicher Business- und IT-Fachbereiche
- Bearbeitung von Änderungsanträgen sowie Ausarbeitung von entsprechenden Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Changemanagement in Zusammenhang mit der IT

Ihr Profil
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung mit weiterführender Ausbildung (Uni, FH) mit IT-Affinität oder Wirtschaftsinformatikstudium mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Bankensektor. Sie besitzen zudem ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Bereich Bankenapplikationen (vorzugsweise
Olympic), gute Kenntnisse in SQL, Access und Excel sowie sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch.
Sie sind eine initiative, aufgeschlossene und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit mit analytischem Denkvermögen. Ganzheitliches Denken, Teamgeist und hohes Tempo motivieren Sie. Mit Sachverstand treffen Sie auch unter Zeitdruck die richtigen Entscheidungen.
